Availability Guide The availability estimate on each item's product detail page describes how long it will take that item to reach one of our fulfillment centres once you place your order. Items listed as "In Stock" are, of course, already available in at least one fulfillment centre. The availability of an item enables you to estimate how long it will take to receive it after you place your order. The following is a list of the several types of availability estimates you might see for items in our stores:
We will inform you by e-mail if the availability estimate changes or if any items in your order prove to be unavailable. To keep you fully informed of the progress of your order, we'll send you one e-mail when we receive it and another when we dispatch it from our Fulfilment Centre, confirming the date, contents and method of delivery. You can also track the progress of your recent orders and check estimated delivery dates in Your Account. UK Delivery orders Delivery may take longer to leave our Fulfilment Centre than predicted. However, the total delivery time (from when you place your order to when it arrives) for remains 2-4 days. Bulk ordering affects availability If you place a bulk order, there's a chance you'll order more of the item than we have in stock. This means we'll have to get more from the supplier before we can fulfil your entire order, increasing the availability estimate for the item.
